Karen Wolf is an experienced and dedicated college counselor, with over 20 years of experience, having worked as a college counselor in a private high school in New York and as a college and career counselor in a public high school in New Jersey. She has a Master’s Degree in Education in School Counseling, a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in management. Karen is a certified school counselor in New York and New Jersey.  Karen is also the author of “CliffsNotes Roadmap to College: Navigating Your Way to College Admission Success, Wiley, 2009.” Karen is the 2025 recipient of the Ramapo College Nancy Jaeger Award for Excellence in School Counseling.  Karen is also a 2019 recipient of the prestigious mentorship award from the “Philip Merrill Presidential Scholars” program at the University of Maryland.

Prior to being a college counselor, Karen was a training and development/organization development manager in the banking and transportation industries. Karen’s goal is to facilitate the often stressful and confusing college admissions process, helping students find appropriate college matches and assisting them with the transition from high school to college.  She works with students from all areas of the U.S.
